our gingerbread house

gingerbread house

Jesse, 2 3/4.

Jacob, 7.

Jonah, 4.

Look carefully at Jesse’s forehead and you’ll see he’s had a rough week. The gash over his eye was a result of tumbling out of bed and running into his dresser. It is not as bad as it looks! In the middle of his forehead you might notice a yellow bruise. Over the weekend he ran into a support beam in the basement. Ouch.

  1. Hi Kelly,

Your little guys are soooo cute!

It’s so good to hear from you! How are you and what’s been going on in your life? I’d love to hear all about it, when you have time.

I’ve been a stay at home mom to our 4 kids for over 10 years now. I’m going to school online to become a medical transcriptionist in the near future and work from home. David and I have lived in Mt Vernon, MO for about 2 years now. He is the Miller HS Principal as well as the HS Girls basketball coach.

I will write more later, but it’s so glad to hear from you! Please keep in touch.

  2. The pumpkin bread is AWESOME! I’ll have to post the recipe. I got it off of a Youtube video, believe it or not.

No baby yet. Made it through one ice storm. And according to the doctor’s visit today, we’re just in for the long waiting game…..no action yet. Bummer. I’m definitely feeling “weary and heavy-laden!”

Love the gingerbread house! That’s one project I haven’t attempted yet – not even with the pre-made ones. Maybe next year.
